Job Description: Multiple positions and locations in Northern Virginia. Successful candidates will eleven or more years of increasing levels of responsibility in performing software engineering related activities. Additionally, successful candidates will have at least three years of experience developing web-based solutions using SharePoint 2007. Finally, successful candidates will have experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum.
Required Skills:
Eleven years of software/system development work experience in the following areas:
Eleven or more years of in increasing levels of responsibility in performing software engineering related activities
Analyze and study complex system requirements; create detailed software design from system requirements; and translate detailed design into computer software
Develop and implement workflow solutions
Test, debug and refine computer software to meet stated requirements traced to design
Prepare necessary documentation to meet both programming and user-level requirements
Five or more years delivering web-based solutions using SharePoint 2007
Experience with Visual Studio
Experience with .net
Six or more years working with Windows based solutions
Provide technical direction to ensure program deadlines are met
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Location: This full-time position is located in Northern Virginia (Washington DC Metropolitan Area). Multiple positions available.
Clearance:
Positions require a TOP SECRET security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of a polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
