Under direct supervision work with CSM to assist in the sale of new homes in assigned community (ies). Meet and greet customers. Demonstrate home and options. Provide input to CSM to determine prospect status. Maintain systematic follow-up process. Set appointments for CSM. Maintain high customer satisfaction. Maintain safety and security practices in model home.
Make sure each visitor has complete knowledge of every home type offered, lot availability and size, price, incentives, quality construction and directions to models. Report information to CSM.
Make sure follow up cards are filled out clearly by all visitors. Any key information is recorded on back. Every card is stored in the SalesBuilder database.
Call prospective purchaser and tell them about our specials.
Set as many appointments as possible for the week for immediate and 6 month prospects. Make sure every area of the model home/sales trailer is hazard free every morning and throughout the day. Complete monthly safety forms.
Visit top competitors, reporting advantages and disadvantages to CSM.
Learn and utilize SalesBuilder and complete paperwork on computer.
