Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for a Linux Systems Administrator in Morrisville, NC to work for a full service IT Provider. The Linux Systems Administrator will perform daily administration of Unix/Linux servers, install and configure operating systems on both physical and virtual systems, as well as work with storage area networks and backups. The Linux Systems Administrator with work with Storage Engineers, Network Engineers, and DBA’s to optimize systems use and configuration.
A good candidate for the Linux Systems Administrator position MUST possess the following:
-3+ years of systems administration experience
-Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and AIX operating systems
-Familiar with SAN and NAS Storage
-Bachelor of Science in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 plus benefits, paid time off, and 401k
