Accenture Federal Services deploys the Task Management Tool (TMT) that is used by the Department of Defense in over twenty commands with more than 60,000 users. Our TMT tool is a high quality Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solution which is scalable and flexible, and provides the DoD the ability to communicate, research and respond to tasks with maximum efficiency and accuracy. Our growing TMT Team is seeking a senior Business Analyst with strong communication and leadership skills to support new and existing deployments of our Task Management Tool (TMT). In this position you will navigate a complex work environment to collaborate with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership and supporting teams to support, update and expand the functionality of our CRM based TMT tool.
You will be the primary contact at the customer site working with senior leadership, business users and technical staff. While you'll be the "face" of the project on the ground, you will be supported both on-site and remotely by experienced Accenture Federal Services specialists in technology, application development and project management.
• Manage the expectations of the customer with regard to solution functionality and deployment process
• Serve as lead business analyst advising the customer on best practices for configuring CRM and the task management tool (TMT)
• Coach customer on change management initiatives supporting the deployment and support of the solution
• Conduct classroom training and desk-side support for users and customer technical support staff
• Produce formal solution training and configuration materials for the customer
• Support technical staff during solution installation with user and organization account creation, solution configuration and troubleshooting
• Conduct functional testing of solution and lead customer adoption process
3 years military experience and/or DoD consulting experience.
3 years experience with military tasking processes and/or experience deploying and supporting software solutions
1 year of training small and large groups at all organizational levels
3 years experience planning, execution and support of a technology-related tool, project or program.
2 Years Microsoft CRM, SharePoint, SQL Server or Active Directory
2 Years collecting business requirements and designing technology solution
2 Years of responsibility for team management
2 Years designing a training program including course curriculum and training materials.
Professional Skill Requirements:
Expert verbal and written communication skills; strong listening and soft skills
Self-directed analytical thinker
Strong presentation/training skills (senior-level briefings, large group trainings, etc.)
Experience guiding senior executives in change management
