Title: Retail Operations Manager, Watches and Fine Jewelry

POSITION SUMMARY:
Chanel, Inc., a leader in the luxury goods industry, seeks a Retail Operations Manager, Watches and Fine Jewelry. This position will ensures adherence to all company operational policies and procedures includes but not limited to loss prevention, sales audit, inventory management, POS and systems training. The Retail Operations Manager, Watches and Fine Jewelry will acts as primary point of contact for retail boutiques with regard to all aspects of safety and operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides clear direction to retail network to communicate and clarify all operational procedures
Oversee and coordinate logistics for boutique renovations and openings
Train and maintain proficiency on POS and all boutique systems
Investigate and resolve any Sales Audit variance
Maintain compliance with best practices for fraud and credit card charge backs
Partner with Loss Prevention and Logistics to ensure security and safety while moving high value merchandise
Partner with boutique management to train new hires
Provide timely and constructive feedback and suggestions to corporate
Participation and coordination of Director’s Meetings
Manage boutique commissions and referrals processing and reconciliation
Provide structure / validate boutique contest and spiffs
Provide Sales Associate productivity reports
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the retail business and boutique operations and practices.
Analytical skills
Strong computer skills.
Understanding of luxury retail best practices, products, and environment.
Bachelors degree
A minimum of 5 years experience
