Responsible for managing all Integration projects assigned to the Implementation Team, and other Implementation projects as assigned by the Implementation Director. The Integration Projects will relate to ADP Tax Credit Services products and applications including: Automated tax credit screening application (for WOTC and Business Incentives); Payroll ERP interfaces; and coordinate with other ADP divisions if their applicable products are included in an overall client rollout.
Also responsible for working with the Client and 3rd party HRIS vendors in proactively providing "best practice" advice related to activation of available features with the HRIS applications; and managing the coordination of all application testing between ADP IT/Client/HRIS Vendor. This person will possess and utilize a combination of product knowledge, HR knowledge and project management skills. Will mainly focus on our largest clients and most complex projects in order to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all new business.
Support the Implementation Director in completing general management tasks such as assigning, training, reviews, reports and day-to-day oversight Responsible for the successful implementation of each new client by building high quality relationships with sales and services to meet region financial and quality goals. Achieves on time starts with quality. If product or system implementation is not performed satisfactorily (w/quality), it may affect the clients and region from processing a successful payroll which could cause the loss of clients and revenue, decreased client satisfaction, survey scores, and retention.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience. Communication, leadership and general business training or equivalent preferred. Professional project management certification from appropriate accrediting agency preferred (PPMC).
Technical training or equivalent in related technologies and/or systems implementations. Possesses a strong knowledge of industry equivalent products, services, and tools. Preferred background in applicant tracking systems, such as human resource, payroll or financial system education management for mid sized organizations is ideal. With project management of 5-10 mid range engagements simultaneously and experience in leading and directly tasks of cross functional team members.
Demonstrated success in client service or professional consulting services is preferred. Must be able to work under tight timelines and possess excellent organization and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse, and conflicting actives. - Project Manager, Implementation Specialist or equivalent industry experience.
- Sr. Implementation Specialist or equivalent industry experience. A combination of two to four years of experience in a relevant industry, a HRIS practitioner and/or with system implementation experience.
