ATS has an immediate opening for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

This individual will be responsible for administering company compensation programs to include base pay, sales variable pay, and management variable pay.

Responsibilities will include:
Evaluating and analyzing jobs to determine pay that is market competitive and internally equitable

Documenting jobs into a standard job description format

Administering base pay program according to established salary administration guidelines

Administering sales compensation programs according to established plan design

Serving as a consultant to managers and HR team members on compensation-related topics

Presenting training for compensation-related topics and tools

Assisting in the design of the company's base pay structure

Assisting in the design of variable pay programs - including management incentive programs and sales compensation programs


Bachelor's Degree in related field

Minimum of 3 years corporate compensation experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with numbers

Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work through complex issues

Strong presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
