Job Summary

Provides skilled project support to the Research and Program Development department to enhance the development and execution of products and services within an assigned line of business (LOB). Conducts desktop and field research, manages client-initiated projects, and participates in thought-leading activities within an assigned LOB. Supports the commercial team in selling products and services within an assigned LOB.

Job Responsibility

Manage the RFP/proposal process for routine business opportunities.

Develop tools and resources that support assigned LOB.

Support commercial teams in selling products and services within assigned LOB.

Execute client-led research and advisory services within assigned LOB.

Deliver on-site and remote advisory services, trainings, and other consultations. Occasionally participate in field-work such as audits and assessments related to LOB.

Assist in the development of team skills needed to implement LOB program elements and deliver advisory services.

Conduct research and participate in thought-leading activities such as, working groups, speaking engagements, and publications, as directed.

Research and update country law profiles, as directed.

Required Skills

University degree, plus a minimum of three-years work experience in supply chain sustainability research or program implementation

Bi-lingual w/ English for all international hires; bi-lingual preferred for U.S. hires.

Superior written and verbal communication skills in English required, proficiency in a secondary language preferred

Advanced skills in internet research, Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards and human rights issues

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and excellent customer service.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment
