Job Description: Training Lead
CGI is seeking a Training Lead responsible for the following:
Responsible for leading the training and knowledge transfer efforts
Responsible for the overall Training plan, development of new materials and training methods as required
Responsible for training staff resources, monitoring and reporting team progress, and coordinating with the DOI Training Coordinator and IES Training Manager
Conducts project team training
Develops training plan and curriculum for online and instructor led material
Conducts train the trainer sessions
Develops training materials with assistance from Subject Matter Experts
Skills Required:
CBT tools such as Adobe Captivate
Learning Management Systems such as Moodle
Collaboration tools such as Sharepoint
Proficient with MS-Office tools MS-Powerpoint, MS-Word, MS-Excel
