Lead Technician

Supervises staff who oversee residents diagnosed with a variety of
psychiatric diagnoses and or mental health issues. Addresses concerns
of residents and employees. Attends multi-disciplinary meetings and
intensive staffings to improve performance effectiveness and
efficiency of facility and treatment plans. Facilitates completion of
all incident reports, shift reports, cleaning checks, queues/rounds
and other mental health documentation. Ensures compliance with all
regulatory and safety programs.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in psychology,
business management, or a related field. Requires 2 years experience
working with troubled adolescents with mental health issues. 2 years
previous experience as a supervisor highly preferred.
