Custom mask design for technology development test vehicles using state-of-the-art layout and verification tools.
Specific Responsibilities
Mask designer will work on custom layout for test circuits and standard cells using Cadence tools. Verification will be performed using Calibre DRC and LVS tools. Basic Microsoft Office tools will be used. May perform other tasks from time to time.
Required Qualifications
Mask design certificate plus 10 years of experience. Excellent knowledge of full-custom CMOS design.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors degree and 15 years of experience.
