The Vice President, GTM Strategy is primarily responsible for supporting NA President and Senior Leadership team by creating detailed sales and business plans for our work with our Alliance Partners in the North America region. The Alliance Partners in focus for this role are Cisco, Microsoft and Avaya. A Go-to-Market strategy includes executive relationship maps, sales engagement plans, marketing messaging, campaign and offer strategy, and development of plans to address and exceed all KPIs. This position will require deep collaboration with the NA Channel sales organization, Global Alliance Team, and New Business team.


Creation of Cisco GTM Strategy:

  • Executive engagement
  • Sales engagement
  • Channel recruitment
  • Marketing/solution messaging
Cisco channel execution:
  • Sales Engagement with Cisco sales leadership
  • Create processes to engage and connect the Jabra NA and Cisco NA sales teams
  • Successfully build sales and pipeline discipline to meet and exceed the Cisco product revenue
  • Create attach behavior to drive headset sales outside the dedicated Cisco SKUs
Microsoft GTM strategy refresh:
  • Sales and marketing approaches that are new and create deeper relevance for Jabra with Microsoft's field, their partners and customers
Avaya GTM Strategy refresh:
  • Sales Engagement

Education Level Completed:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of directly related experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong strategic thinking and strategic leadership
  • Excellent networking skills in large systems/companies
  • Excellent collaboration and teaming skills
  • Excellent impact and influence skills without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of management
