The Technology & Management Solutions Group encompasses a broad spectrum of services and solutions around the world including Program Management, Heath Informatics, Human Capital, Communications, Emergency Management, IT and Security. It is one of the largest groups within ICFI. The TMS Group is growing and looking for passionate professionals to compliment the teams and projects that support this dynamic group.
Our Homeland Security and National Resilience line of business is growing and we are currently seeking a Grants Management Analyst to work with our FEMA clients supporting the Grants Preparedness Division (GPD). The Grants Management Analyst will work with an on-site team in support of a Customer Support Center to support the grants administration activities, including grants award processing, records tracking and reporting and customer support activities. This position is located in Washington, DC.
Grants administration, tracking and reporting
Maintaining official grant files
Customer Service, including managing customer requests through to closure
Tracking and reporting on grants payment and award status
Processing special conditions release of funds
Processing grant adjustment notices
Updating standard operating procedures
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
1+ years professional experience
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Experience and understanding of the grants management lifecycle
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities
