As a Finance Learning & Development Representative, you will develop and present content for training courses in multiple formats including written materials, online user guides, eLearning, virtual and classroom training. You will partner cross-functionally to identify training needs, design, develop and deliver a variety of courseware as well as ongoing user reference documentation. You will also be responsible for suggesting and influencing key learning and development programs and ensuring successful project implementations. All categories of training may be covered in course and material content including technical and systems, Finance fundamentals, Apple specific Finance, business processes, skill development, etc.

Key responsibilities include: •Identify learning and development needs within Apple Finance globally•Based on assessed needs, develops course design/scope documents that clearly specify learning objectives and use the appropriate delivery mechanisms and media for learning interventions to targeted audiences.•Effectively function in a collaborative team environment with members of the Learning & Development Team, Finance Organization, and other instructional designers.•Team with subject matter experts to validate training content/materials.•Ability to facilitate on-site and global virtual training webinars•Develops and administers course competency assessments/validations. •Works within pre-existing training methodology and leverages standardized learning templates to develop training.•Effectively uses training development tools/technology such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate or Qarbon ViewletBuilder.•Conducts training quality reviews and reports back on associated metrics.•Contribute to the ongoing development of the learning infrastructure and perform the necessary administrative tasks associated with training development i.e., Finance Registration System, Learning Management System, and LCMS (Learning Content Management System)The ideal candidate will be a team-player and motivated self-starter, comfortable working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential to this role. Business partnering and outstanding interpersonal skills are also a must as many cross functional teams, both within and beyond Finance, will be working with you to develop and present content.
