The Quality and Organizational Effectiveness department is seeking a Project and Data Manager. The department is responsible for developing strategies, plans and projects related to Quality, Patient Safety, and Performance Improvement. The primary objective of this role is to catalogue and track all initiatives of the QOE department. A secondary objective is to manage the data requirements and reporting for quality and performance improvement projects, including appropriate Core Measure data sets. The project manager will also serve as a resource to the QOE team in the development of abstraction tools, databases, statistical and other summary reports.



The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management or related field and a MBA or related degree as well as three to five years progressive experience in a healthcare setting. The candidate evidences proven experience in understanding database/repositories, statistical importance of data sets and the capability to utilize a variety of computer platforms and applications to analyze, synthesize and correlate data into appropriate presentations.
