Position Summary
Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Residential Assistant provides personal care assistance, instruction, and promotes independence and quality of life for residents. The Residential Assistant also performs a variety of household tasks essential to the operation and cleanliness of the group home.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or GED
Licenses - NON CLINICAL\Drivers License – MI (MI DR LIC)*\
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience - 1 year of experience a rehabilitation or health care setting.
