Summary: This position is a hybrid role
with a mix of 90% Outbound and 10% Inbound responsibilities and is
responsible for selling to existing customers on outbound and
inbound calls. Provides new business development
via lead qualification, profiling and prospecting
efforts. This position is responsible for
proactive sales, service, and related data integrity for Tier 2 and
4 accounts via outbound


Handles sales and service needs for both external and
internal customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail,
and faxes

Manages assigned accounts and plans sales calls,
utilizing reporting resources, company databases to meet the call
volume requirements as determined by the

Establishes or re-establishes the customer relationship
via outbound calls. Qualifies leads and
determines if field sales representation is desired and/or needed
via a lead qualification process.

Retains extensive product/pricing knowledge and
utilizes various resources to optimize service and

Up-sells and cross-sells products successfully to
customers during sales call, while processing outbound calls in
accordance with the Sales Planner.

Education and

school diploma minimum; Associate's Degree or equivalent from an
accredited college or technical school; 2 years experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

speak fluent French and English

Extensive product knowledge, sales planning ability and
appropriate use of up-selling and cross-selling

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Organizational skills.

Problem solving skills and attention to

Proficient sales ability. I.E.
