The Louis Berger Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Assistant with experience working on environmental engineering contracts for public sector clients for a position in its New York, New York office.
The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and must have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and business sense. Experience working on federal CERCLA sites is required and work with contaminated sediments is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of related experience is required. Knowledge of applicable New York City regulations and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project are a must. The position will support Environmental Engineering project managers and contract managers with the following services:
· Project scheduling and critical path method analysis
· Progress tracking and management of action items
· Agency & Interagency coordination
· Contractor and subcontract coordination
· Other related management tasks.
Salary : $70k - $90k / year depending on experience.
