Job Description Support Client plans/marketing initiatives to include internal and external communications and the well-being management plan strategies to support growth. Manage the execution of these well-being plan initiatives/tactics to ensure successful implementation and desired results. In partnership with the sales and management teams, assist in the development and execution of customer-specific strategies and programs to grow the business. Builds knowledge of the client organization, their culture and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard reports. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

The Well-Being Strategist drives consistent wellness program development, guidelines, and delivery to Cigna clients. Working with Cigna clients with diverse employee populations, the incumbent identifies the right wellness program mix and the program setting to educate, engage and activate employees to achieve health improvement goals. In partnership with the Cigna account team, the Well-Being Strategist recommends the appropriate delivery and coordination of wellness programs, community and vendor programs, and monitors effectiveness of the programs. A core objective of this position is to facilitate wellness programs that educate and influence employees at the worksite to lead healthy lifestyles. The Well-Being Strategist works closely account management to look for cross selling opportunities.

The incumbent lends additional support to their local sales partners with, client and/or broker presentations,. The Well-Being Strategist is the subject matter expert on all wellness and health improvement opportunities available within Cigna and the community.
