The person in this position gathers data for and completes college-level reports and responds to surveys including those for assessment and accreditation. This person manages off campus program budgets and course offerings for the College of Education. This person is responsible for maintaining and managing the budget for off campus programs (a $1.5 + million budget), as well as review and approve new off campus courses. Additionally, this person manages the college scholarship awards and coordinates the award process.

Combination of education and experience totaling 7 years.

Knowledge of: local, state, and federal laws relating to the program/project area; computer operation and software programs; planning and coordinating a program; conducting independent research; designing and conducting training programs; and providing liaison with customer/provider groups.

Experience: gathering, assembling, correlating, and analyzing facts; devising solutions to problems; writing concise reports, and developing and evaluating policies and procedures; and interpreting federal or state regulations.

Ability to: travel, work weekends, after regular business hours and holidays.

Must: Applicants who are selected as final possible candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.*

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with researching and analyzing data
Experience and knowledge of Banner
Experience with database programs such as Microsoft Access and Excel
Experience with database and data manipulation
Demonstrated understanding of data collection and analysis
Ability to organize, prioritize, work independently and accurately
Four years related experience in an academic or related setting
Attention to detail
