MBA, Masters in Economics, Urban Planning, or similar field is required at minimum.
Candidates must have experience in teaching real estate courses and a strong commitment to teaching. They should have an established record of teaching excellence and an outstanding teaching record in the real estate area. They must have the ability and motivation to engage in innovative teaching on an individual basis and in a team setting.
Candidates may be expected to teach courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in real estate fundamentals, real estate development and/or real estate finance.
Preference will be given to candidates with research credentials.
