Enhances bank profitability by developing relationships with customers and prospects that generate deposits, loans, and other bank products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Develops a potential customer list and systematically calls on the prospects to sell Bank products, utilizing cross selling skills and knowledge of Deposit and Treasury Management products to build a complete relationship. Analyzes loan requests for suitability to the Bank's credit, profitability and policy standards. Monitors credit and asset quality via consistent reporting from borrowers and a consistent calling effort. Represents the Bank at various community functions. Manages a portfolio of relationships to maximize earnings and to minimize delinquency and non-performing loans, while providing excellent customer service. Develops loan write-ups, files memos, and maintains bank reporting systems that pertain to the client base including 360 view; and makes presentations to the Board of Directors. Other duties and projects as requested.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None; although may be indirectly responsible for reporting on work of assigned Loan Administrative Assistant.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five or more years related banking experience including experience as a credit analyst or equivalent.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry as well as various concepts of corporate finance.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
