Position Summary :
The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between customers and the sales and service staff, providing exemplary support and assistance.
Essential Duties:
Provides customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone
Receives and responds to written and verbal customer service inquiries
Responsible for writing new business and servicing existing clients
Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution
Handles calls and correspondence

Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Work Traits:
Solid, professional verbal and written communication skills
