The Product Data Analyst is responsible for the entire change management process of product master data. This individual will facilitate the process and coordinate with product team members to make sure project timelines are met.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide ownership of entire change management process for a specific product category or product line.
Enter and maintain accuracy of all product data elements in SAP, including bills of material, routes, work centers and product specifications.
Provide necessary information and communication for product data changes throughout the business.
Monitor all product reports, change notices and exception messages to ensure information is correctly loaded and in compliance with system requirements.
Coordinate change management activities with purchasing, planning, finance, operations and marketing.
Provide support to business on training users on how to look up product and production information in SAP.
Participate in sku rationalization activities and provide product master data to facilitate those activities. Qualifications Requirements

Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of new item creation process, bills of material, routings and work center structure
Experience with SAP ERP system a plus
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels
Ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines
