Under the direction of Physician Practice EMR / EPM Project Manager, this individual is responsible for implementation and application support of the NextGen® Electronic Medical Record system at multiple practice sites.

Assist with Implementation for all practices on NextGen EMR. Provide support for end users via training and documentation; logging, tracking and issue resolution; provide assistance with the analysis and documentation of EMR system requirements including clinical documentation, template management and workflow process design
The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience with application support and training (EPM or EMR). A minimum of two years experience with information systems, implementation projects in a technical or non-technical role required. Doctor’s office, clinic, or other clinical experience is preferred.
Knowledge of PC hardware, application software and networking, MS Excel and MS Project is necessary. Knowledge of workflow analysis and redesign.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills required. Demonstrated ability to work with business, clinical, and technical staff. Experience in physician practice workflow desired. Clinical License, RN preferred.
