Training Logistics: Pre- and Post- logistics of all internal sales training. Booking rooms, coordinating dates, vendors, POs for payment, managing class registrations, minimums and maximums, wait listed, etc. namely

Books/materials ordering and tracking for each event

a. Confirm kit requirements on weekly coordination calls

b. Place kit orders with Fulfillment company; note order on weekly schedule

c. Track each order to confirm arrival; note arrival on weekly schedule

Ad-hoc reporting from Learning Management System (LMS) and roster folder

a. Generate event / attendance reports for selected customers

1.) Initiation of new Training Credits accounts for direct customers and channel customers a. Query business objects report b. Transfer customer order information to spreadsheet c. Enter customer and balance data into the system d. How to register; instructions to Account Manager and customer. Work with finance on passing this information to make sure finance accrue usage in the right way

2.) Approval of Partner a. Respond to partner emails/calls to verify customer info, access #, and (USD) amount available b. On confirmation of attendance, debit balances in the order info Spreadsheet

3.) Approval of use requests for Education Services direct training and certification events a. Identify the date, location, title, and cost of the class/cert and provide weekly update on rev rec call b. On confirmation of attendance, debit balances

Skills

At least 2 years administrative experience in a busy office using a range of office

systems; Familiarity with manual and computerized systems; particularly Microsoft applications; Word, excel, Outlook etc. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, Methodical, well organized and able to prioritize and manage own workload Computer literacy with good keyboard skills Ability to work on own initiative, unsupervised
