The NT Oil Transport LLC has 18 full-time openings for Crude Transport Drivers, non-exempt positions located in Stanley, North Dakota. The Crude Transport Drivers will be responsible for loading, delivering, and unloading crude oil across the North Dakota area. This position works 12-hour work schedule including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
JOB DUTIES:

Safely and efficiently drive a tank truck to transport crude oil between pipeline depots
· Perform all required readings and measurements before and after the crude oil is loaded
· Manually load and unload trucks individually
· Maintain electronic logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations
· Record accurate volume readings and measurements
· Operate equipment such as truck cab computers and cellular devices to exchange necessary information with dispatch, supervisors, and other drivers
· Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order
· Maneuver trucks into tight loading or unloading positions, checking that the vehicle/loading equipment are properly positioned.
· Utilize Pedigree Fleet Management and Truck Optimization software
· Build professional relationships with customer bases and drivers
· Follow, maintain and adhere to all safety rules set forth by the Company, DOT and operating procedures for the loading and unloading facilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
·
Must be at least 21 years of age
· Class A Commercial Driver’s License with tanker and Haz/Mat endorsements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent driving record
· A minimum of 2 years of tank hauling experience
· Ability to successfully complete a company approved DOT physical examination and background investigation
· Quality computer skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
·
Previous experience in crude transportation
· 10-15 years of tanker experience
· Experience with Xata Fleet Management or Pedigree
· Ability to properly complete a paper log
