POSITION PURPOSE
Provides advance level human resource administration to managers, associates and vendors within a service/contact center work environment. Serves in a generalist capacity that requires previous expertise in HR, problem-solving, attention to detail and strong customer service. Primary responsibilities will focus on the day to day operations of many specialty Human Resource areas: Carrier Administration, Status Change Administration, Talent Management Administration, Total Rewards or other Human Resources functional areas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Health & Welfare Benefits implementation, annual enrollment, process integration and contact/service center operations, as normally obtained through a Associates Degree and three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an HR specialist or support role, with a minimum of four (4) years customer service experience in a high volume work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources or related field is preferred. Experience in vendor management preferred. Familiarity with benefit plan design and eligibility required. Some knowledge of HRIS required. Familiarity with PeopleSoft 9.0 preferred. Excellent telephone communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension skills. Excellent human relations and interpersonal skills. Strong analytic, problem solving, judgment and conflict resolution skills. Ability to organize and prioritize workload. Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines and, with composure, work in a face paced work environment. Ability to effectively interact with various functional areas and Ministry Organizations. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. PC experience and demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Windows or related computer software. Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
