The Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS) contract provides a broad range of engineering support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC's) programs located at Hanscom AFB and their geographically separated units.
Jacobs Technology is seeking an Information Assurance (IA) Analyst to support the AF Weather Programs Branch at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. The IA Analyst will manage the Weather Programs Branch IA team, ensuring the required and continuous certifications and upgrades of all systems. Duties include the following:
- Use the Weather Program Branch IA Plan as a guide and update the plan as needed.
- Coordinate with members of the team to ensure coverage of all Integrated Product Teams and Working Groups.
- Integrate with all functionals including test, logistics, engineering, configuration management, and project management.
- Track all activity in the IA Project Plan.
- Lead briefings to senior management.
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Candidate must have strong team management skills and be able to brief senior leadership.
- Candidate should have proficiency in the DIACAP process and be able to use eMASS. Skill in MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word are required.
Must have Security + certification.
BS degree and 8 years of experience; MS degree and 7 years of experience; PhD and 2 years of experience.
Candidats must be a U.S. Citizen and possess the ability to acquires a U.S. Security Clearance.
This position may require travel of up to one week per month.
Work may involve sitting for extended periods. May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of manufacturing and military sites or facilities where necessary.
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
Equipment and Machines:
Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.), and/or other industry-specific equipment.
Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.
