Under the supervision of the Sleep Lab clinical
coordinator, and the Registered Polysomnography Tech, to provide
comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This may
involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or
patient care and education.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: High School
graduate or GED required. BLS required. Licensed as RCP preferred.
Experience required: Must be actively working toward registry
in polysomnography. A medical background with knowledge in
respiratory care, EEG, EKG, and/or sleep studies is preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in sleep studies is preferred.
Special Qualifications: Good written and verbal communication
skills. Basic typing and computer skills required.
