Kutztown University of Pennsylvania seeks an inaugural vice president for enrollment management to play a transformational role in pulling together a group of existing offices and areas into a high-functioning enrollment division and galvanizing the entire University around meeting enrollment goals and objectives.

Reporting directly to the president of the University, this new executive will lead a well-planned, analytically supported, highly integrated, and continuously evaluated suite of enrollment initiatives, working closely with students from the pre-inquiry stage to graduation and post-graduation plans with the goal of improving enrollments and creating the strongest possible enrollment future for the University. While facilitating greater integration among all enrollment functions, the vice president will formulate, execute, and continuously evolve a transparent, collaborative and cutting-edge enrollment management strategy that stems from and is tied to the mission, goals, and evolving strategic plan of the University.

In leading efforts to grow enrollments to the University and the related construction and refinement of pathways to graduation and post-graduation plans, the vice president will have oversight for undergraduate, graduate, and international admission, student financial aid, new student programs, retention planning and analysis, institutional research, and the office of the registrar. The successful candidate will put in place systems and structures to aid in enrollment planning and decision making at all levels across the University and will lead a continuous institution-wide and action-oriented conversation about vision, goals, and tactics. He or she will be student centered and will possess great analytic and technological depth, an eye for the possible, and a proven capacity for embedding enrollment within institutional values and aspirations. He or she will also possess superior interpersonal communication skills, a collaborative leadership style, highly-attuned motivational gifts, a commitment to and record of fostering diversity, and exemplary personal and professional integrity. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
