Prudential is seeking an experienced leader of people with excellent talent management skills and a strong technical background in eligibility file management to lead the Group Insurance Disability Eligibility team.
This position manages the installation of data feeds between Group Insurance clients and various administration systems.
The GI Eligibility Business Analysts work closely with key internal partners such as Implementation Managers, Account Managers, Sales Representatives and Disability Operations.
In addition, the team interacts directly with Group Insurance clients to ensure the successful implementation of file feed exchanges between the client and Prudential.
The Business Analysts are responsible for guiding the client, or their Third Party Administrator, through the installation process, defining data needs, reviewing file layouts, and providing interface solutions.
Testing the client files for formatting and data accuracy is also a key activity.
The team currently facilitates the client file feed process for Disability Claim Management,
and Conversion mailing process, and segments of the Evidence of Insurability files.
The Manager must have a proven ability to establish, drive and implement tactical as well as strategic initiatives to foster team goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for resource utilization, assigning priority, and managing to the installation time line.
The ability to facilitate issue resolution is critical to ensuring all key processes are completed by the implementation date.
The Manager is responsible for the operational control environment within the team, implementing or enhancing Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring appropriate controls and monitors are operating as expected.
The successful candidate must be a talent leader, with demonstrated experience in staff development and performance management.
The qualified candidate should have the following skills:
Proven experience in Talent Management and Leadership
Strong Project Management skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and cultivate strong partnerships with clients, internal business partners, and among team members
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Prior experience with administration of group insurance benefits is preferred
Experience with Business Analysis functions for requirements and testing
Proven results orientation with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient PC skills, including Excel, Word, etc
A Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field is preferred
