A key driver of external stakeholder perception and internal employee engagement is frequent, consistent messaging from the company's leadership. The Executive Advisor for Executive Communications helps support the company's executive visibility strategy through the delivery of high-impact executive speeches and high-quality presentation materials. This role is also responsible for the creation and maintenance of the corporate library of speaker content modules. The Executive Advisor ensures that key elements of the company's executive communications strategy are delivered on-time and on-message through the management and strategic application of internal resources and as needed external agencies and free-lance partners. Reports to the Vice President of Corporate Communications. Required Qualifications:
Deep experience in executive speechwriting and presentation preparation. Ability to weave stories, facts and data together to drive home key messages in a memorable, humanistic way. Deliver quality content under tight deadlines. Executive presence, strong interpersonal skills and ability to impact and influence critical decisions. Excellent oral and written communications, including editing and proofreading skills. Resourceful, decisive and proactive. Relentless attention to detail for flawless execution. Organization, multi-tasking and follow-up skills are critical to this role. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a health care company with knowledge of health care policya plus. Education:
