Primary responsibilities are to prescreen and data enter all underwriting applications into the system for underwriting by performing the following duties and responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following:
•Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all products Royal Neighbors of America, by-laws, fraternal benefits, policies, procedures and rules and regulations for each state
•Responsible for prescreening applications for acceptability and data entry once accepted
•Enters beneficiary information into the system.
•Researches and resolves questions
•Performs quality checks on data entry
•Identifies and recommends operational efficiency opportunities
•Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
LOMA 1 and 2 preferred.
