About the Opportunity

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking a full time Senior Network Engineer to support its IT infrastructure at its corporate headquarters in Washington, DC.

The Subject Matter Expert will provide expert level knowledge and support to NASA under the HITSS-II contract.

This support will be provided on-site at NASA in Washington DC.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide direct support for the integration of applications into NASA Enterprise Application Competency Center (NEACC) related systems and infrastructure. Integrating applications with NASA Consolidated Active Directory (NCAD). Provide direct support for evaluating ways to deploy new technologies into applications, systems, and processes . Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) support in identifying integration issues with systems; to include but not limited to communicating changes to ICAM operations, development and interfaces.

Act as the Authorizing Official’s Designated Representative (AODR) for all A&A (formerly C&A) activities for systems. Perform all necessary coordination functions to generate the A&A packages, which include; verifying the proper processes were followed, verify that all Plan of Action and Milestones items are accounted for and that risks accepted are reasonable, and finally presentation to the AO for signature. Track all changes to the A&A processes and requirements for all the systems.

Monitor security issues that may impact the HEOMD missions and provide assessments and recommendations concerning how to protect against and/or mitigate threats against all systems.

Required Education and Experience:
Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

10+ years in designing and implementing technology solutions in a dynamic/growing environment

Required Skills/Certifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client focus a must

Team Player

Additional Requirement(s):
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance if required
