DIRECTOR, Business Process Manager-732944
Lead a team of ~20 exempt and non-exempt associates, providing all horizontal support and strategy for Escalated Services (including Customer Advocacy Operations and Dispute Operations). Responsible for designing and driving case management efforts for the Retail Bank (including Reg E and CFPB/Complaint Management initiatives). Will work with multiple executives across the bank, to help define our customer experience culture, processes, and tools/platforms.
-At least 5 years of experience in banking operations
-Black Belt certification
-Change management certification
