The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides program management oversight and support for the Talent Acquisition team. This role will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build, implement and manage various national recruitment programs to support both corporate and field talent needs. Position will also drive conversations with cross functional HR partners to design programs, control quality, deliver training and ensure compliance.
Ownership of pre-hire process requirements such as the background check and drug testing process. Own Healthways staffing vendor relationships.
Create, implement and administer a formal Healthways Internship Program.
Support the HR Dashboard and provide regular reporting to HR Leadership Team. Drives conversations with HR Leadership team to control quality and compliance.
Partners with Talent Acquisition Manager on execution of Social Recruitment strategy. Serve as the administrator of our social recruitment program.
Facilitate and provide on-going design enhancements to Healthways New Colleague On Boarding programs.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and National Recruitment Ad firm on creation and distribution of employment brand collateral and advertising. Serve as central point of contact for national advertising needs.
Serve as Recruiter for non-exempt and exempt recruitment needs at Headquarters. Perform full-cycle recruiting for these positions.
Conduct research and name generation for positions as needed.
Serve as project manager for recruitment process improvement projects.
Bachelor's degree in a business related field; degree in Human Resources preferred.
1-3 years experience in the human resources/recruiting area.
Knowledge of recruiting function desired.
Program design experience required.
Learning design experience preferred.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
Strong communication skills required.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills required.
Strong experience with MS Office products
