This Sales Administrator position is responsible for coordination with division personnel of purchase agreements, starts and changes as related to the purchase of a new home.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
-Review all Purchase Agreements for accuracy. Process and distribute to all necessary parties and enter into UCS. Follow-up with Sales Representative as required.
-Review Change Orders, Contract Addendum and Site Plans for completeness and accuracy of options and pricing. Make changes in UCS.
-Request, deposit and reconcile Second Hand Money.
-Generate accurate and complete start packages and distribute within specified time frame. Ensure all necessary parties are notified of start via start letter.
-Prepare and send Mutual Release to customer. Once form returned, prepare and send check. Notify all parties of cancellation and cancel CDS in UCS.
-Update Sales and Cancellation Log Book daily.
-Maintain and update Master Selection Sheets.
-Reconcile monthly UCS Sales Report to Division records.
-Maintain Job Status on a weekly basis.
-Update and generate Sales Price Sheets as provided by management.
-Update and generate Pricing Strategy as provided by management.
-Input Lot Masters into UCS.
-Generate Weekly Sales Report and distribute to office personnel.
-Maintain and distribute Traffic, Sales Contest, and Long Range reports as required by division management.
-Provide administrative support to Sales, Administrative and Division Managers as needed.
-Provide switchboard relief as necessary.
-Special projects and other duties as assigned.
-Must have strong attention to detail with an ability to meet various deadlines.
-Must be able to manage and prioritize various duties.
-Proficient in word processing with a keyboarding speed of 45 wpm.
