The Department of Radiology at Loyola University Medical Center, Stritch School of Medicine announces an opening for a faculty member to join our emergency radiology section to primarily provide overnight coverage for emergency and inpatient imaging examinations. LUMC is a Level 1 trauma center with full subspecialty representation. The department provides clinical services at 2 hospitals and many outpatient facilities and has state of the art equipment in all relevant areas.
Located in the Chicago western suburbs, approximately 13 miles from downtown Chicago, Loyola Medical Center (LUMC) occupies a 61-acre campus adjacent to the Edward J. Hines, Jr. VA Hospital, one of the nation’s largest teaching hospitals. Certification by the American Board of Radiology is required and fellowship training in Emergency Radiology or a related subspecialty is preferred.
