About this job:
We are currently seeking a Head of Event Marketing to manage and drive all aspects of consumer events and promotional campaigns. The position will report to the Head of Global Communications. The ideal candidate thrives in an organizational environment that is fast-paced, innovative, collaborative and low-ego, and can operate effectively at all levels – from strategy and execution to big picture ideas --with attention to the details. Candidates should have a strong and successful integrated marketing track record and a history of producing events and campaigns from conception through to post-event KPI analysis.
§ Manage and execute highly effective events for consumer audience.
§ Develop event marketing strategy including but not limited to; developing targets and goals; creating memorable activations; optimizing existing assets; identifying new opportunities
§ Work collaboratively to manage all aspects of events including content development, vendor management, operations, budget, logistics, creative/design elements promotions of events and program development.
§ Create event briefs, project scope, and schedules.
§ Manage budget and logistics to the smallest detail ensuring all are properly scoped.
§ Travel for onsite event production – including some pre-event scoping.
§ Highly organized and efficient at project management.
§ Mange external agency relationships.as necessary
§ Create goals for each event and conduct post-event analysis including reach and ROI.
§ Collaborate closely with the other internal groups, including Field Operations, Relationship Marketing, Creative and Product/Technology, to ensure consistent and integrated event messaging.
§ Assess risks, issues, and potential problems and provides proactive solutions.
§ Frequently provides counsel to internal stakeholders.
§ Ability to serve as company spokesperson when needed
