Kitchell, a well established construction firm, most recently voted "Top10 best workplaces" and ranked amongst the "Top 50 firms" in ENR, is seeking a Director of Facilities Maintenance to provide leadership, direction and control all aspects of facilities management and operations, based in Sacramento, California.

Director of Facilities Maintenance will have a proven track record of managing facility maintenance services in multi-locations/states as well as previous Business Development experience to ensure rapid growth and expansion of division. Ideal candidate must have an understanding of quality and feedback system for a facility maintenance organization.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum of 10 years experience in Facility Management/Maintenance in either Municipal, Healthcare or Higher Education industries

Minimum of 5-years experience with profit and loss responsibilities for a facility maintenance organization for at least 12 million square feet

New business start up experience is a plus not required

Required Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college

Preferred Licenses/Certificates/Memberships:
Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), International Facility Management Association
