Zynga is looking for a Technical Account Manager in the Strategic Partnerships group to join our growing team! Are you fascinated by what makes a really good game? Responsibilities :
Act as main technical account manager between Zynga and key platform partners.
Support game studios by conducting periodic operations reviews and quickly responding to operational issues.
Drive resolution of day to day platform operational issues as well as game specific bugs.
Understand all major technical aspects of host platforms and impact to developers.
Educate and manage studios in adopting operational and technological features/tests provided by platforms.
Recommend and drive technical best practices among the various groups within the organization.
Meet regularly with partners to recommend platform improvements to drive joint performance and quality.
Analyze and track key metrics to identify any technical issues or trends.
Collect relevant data points to create insightful reports for strategic decision making.
Possess deep knowledge of internal game features and mechanics.
Required skills :
BA/BS in a technical field preferred with a strong academic record (MBA a plus).
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Internet or Gaming products and technologies.
Knowledge of, or experience in, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and PHP.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent oral and communications skills to express complex and analytical concepts with clarity.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze large problems and communicate effectively to senior management.
Ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through resolution.
