Seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our information systems team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of complex and technical duties in the design, programming (in a VB and/or C# .Net, MSSQL environment), testing, and maintenance of an assigned set of computer applications. The candidate will participate in developing computer applications from conception through implementation and be responsible for modifications, testing, and debugging of existing computer programs, as well as trouble shooting and making modifications to systems and individual programs.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field and three years of increasingly responsible computer programming and/or systems analysis experience. Directly related professional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the Bachelor’s Degree. Experience working with the Visual Basic 6.0, ASP.Net, SQL Server Database, and EDMS is preferred. Successful candidates should be customer service oriented and have knowledge of advanced principles and techniques of applications development languages, complex computer programming and programming documentation, specifically Visual Basic and SQL Server Database.
