Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 4:00AM - Closing (hours may vary)

Responsibilities

Processes wholesale and retail lockbox transactions, FHB corporate in-mail and out-bound mail, and CD-ROM archiving and prepares various treasury deposit reports.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and highly organized in order to accurately perform a wide variety of tasks to meet strict deadlines. Must posses excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external customers. Minimum six months general office experience and basic accounting knowledge highly desirable. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required. 10-key by touch a must.
