Provide customer support to our Stores, DC’s and Corporate office on a day to day basis in relation to all HR related systems and processes. Prepare and process all HR related data entry into HRIS System(s) ensuring data integrity. Manage HR related internal and external data requests including subpoenas and legal requests.

Job Responsibilities

Carries out defined ad hoc and routine tasks. Having a familiarity with project dynamics, organizes logistics and information according to instruction in support of the team’s efforts.

May sustain a minor role in a variety of defined business processes.

References documented processes, previous instruction and established guidelines to address challenges. Escalates more complex challenges or challenges outside the scope of defined practice.

Independent decisions are based on limited experience and familiarity with challenges and prescribed guidelines and practices with little or no deviation.

Has a general understanding of task importance and its supportive relevance.

Requires communicated project and/or procedural guidelines.

Reacts immediately to frequent changes in project, process or administrative needs.

Position Responsibilities

30%: Act as liaison to Field for all day to day HR systems/data questions spanning all HRIS Systems including Lawson, Kronos, GIS, E-Verify, E-screen, Org Plus, DRCI and issues via phone, email and HRIS Inbox.

25%: Process and audit all New Hires and Associate Change Notices daily; reconcile errors as identified.

15%: Collect and process required paperwork, including offer letters, severance agreements, I-9s and other state required forms. Ensure all documents follow retention policy and are maintained in electronic file.

10%: Run standard basic ad-hoc reports that require minimal alterations.

5%: Process and distribute Associate and Non-Associate Discount Card Orders.

5%: Assist with requests for outside requests regarding employment information including subpoenas.

10%: Responsible for other duties or projects as assigned or developed.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.

2 years experience in an administrative or data entry function.

Strong PC Skills.

Ability to compose documentation of a routine nature.

Ability to develop and execute simple project plans.
