Job Title : System Analyst (Infrastructure Support)

Required Skills :
This position will be responsible for critical infrastructure and application support for enterprise systems. The candidate will work with a team to support infrastructure systems such as Outage Management, GIS, Computerized Maintenance Management systems and Microsoft Windows based servers. The candidate will consult with client area management and staff on all aspects of support and configuration of infrastructure applications in a multi server environment. Participates in the planning, coordination and installation of new or modified systems. Identifies and resolves system problems or malfunctions. Provides technical guidance to unit personnel in support of corporate or client area information systems requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring the day-to-day availability and reliability of Microsoft Windows based servers and dependent systems and infrastructure. Guides and provides technical leadership, support and training to the IT staff. Works closely with clients, other systems technical staff and vendors in problem solving of complex server configuration issues. Frequently acts as a technical project leader and or a team member. Creates operational and support documentation. Provides support and assists in the identification and resolution of complex problems and recommends long term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
