The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following A dditional Education a nd Experience:
Knowledge of Medicare regulations a nd statutes preferred; strong supervisory skills; experience dealing with culturally diverse populations; a bility to interact courteously a nd effectively with Medicare Plans a nd the Medicare population;
Two years experience in mailroom/ data entry preferred. prior experience supervising in a high-volume operational setting with defined timeliness standards.
