Leedo Cabinetry is a leading suppliers of cabinetry and countertops to large multifamily general contractors across the country. We are seeking ambitious and experienced Account Managers to help us grow our market share. A successful Account Manager at Leedo brings a business management approach to the job, where they can clearly see how to grow volume at profitable levels.
This position will focus on hitting specific targets related to: Revenue, Gross Profits, Product Mix, Scope Review, Design and Pricing techniques. We currently have openings in the following territories:
  • Washington, DC and surrounding areas
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the business leader for your territory. Be visible, develop strong network of potential customers, vendors, and work to understand competitors in the area.
  • Work with regional Vice President of Sales to source and develop new leads.
  • Work closely with customers to develop business plans that lead to successful and profitable growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and presentations to management.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and co-ordinate roll-out strategies of new initiatives and products.
  • Understand and articulate the Leedo advantage, including outstanding product and service selections.
  • Understand your competitive environment thoroughly, assisting the rest of the company in understanding market conditions.
  • Consistently hit or exceed stated goals that are presented to you.

Experience requirement

  • Minimum five years’ operation/sales
  • Proven track record in the Building Products industry, selling to multifamily buyers such as architects, designers, and owners
  • Strong book of business currently being handled
  • Outstanding references regarding your character, competence, and ability to communicate effectively
