Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed safely in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes interfacing with owner site representatives, architect representatives, contractors, etc.Responsibilities Develop bidders list, with established awareness of local market capabilities Manage bidding process consistent with company guidelines Write and manage all contracts with contractors, testing companies and design professionals. Independently create and maintain detailed project schedule with logic. Set up a multi-element cash flow and manpower projection analysis at varying stages of the project; enter monthly actuals and run reports; adjust projections based on actual progress Establish and oversee the safety plan at the jobsite; set safety culture at jobsite Manage monthly payment application process Manage self perform trade contracts Support jobsite cost management, including monitoring of job profitability Supervise and mentor project jobsite staff
