- Bachelor’s degree and three to five years experience working in an IT technical field .
- ITIL V3 Certification preferred or must obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
- Excellent technical skills, including troubleshooting and managing enhancements between Development, Test and Production environments.
- Strong writing,verbal, facilitation, planning and organization skills.
Prefer experience with IT Service Management tools, such as CA Service Desk, Service Now, Remedy or HP Service Manager.
Primary Job Functions
Work independently to provide technical, business analysis, and/or project participation in designing and/or implementing electronic business automation, integration and re-engineering for the PHS enterprise.
Evaluates and recommends vendor solutions in support of Service Management initiatives.
Facilitates business areas in analysis and re-engineering with emphasis on improving business processes by the adoption of IS technology.
Leads or participates in multiple projects, managing multiple resources.
Maintains service and support of enterprise-wide “in-production” systems.
Performs system implementation tasks.
